Also not all Pokémon can be transferred from GO to Sword/Shield. But if it’s simply not showing up, I’m not sure other than trying waiting after you close out of the mobile app, then open on your switch. Oh also you have to accept the transfer from GO to HOME either on the app or switch. Usually you’ll receive a notification upon opening
